The smallest London GTG ever....BUT.....

Feb 25, 2012,16:10 PM

This is what happens when 2 bald, but gorgeous (!!), gentlemen meet up for an inpromptu GTG in London who both have skeletons in their closets..!!  This maybe one of the smallest GTG's ever but this is what turned up to the meeting.....

It was very interesting to see the 2 of these side by side and the perpetual is stunning and yet so delicate, much slimmer than the 15305 and just screams perfection.
I'm sure you all know who the 2 of us are by just looking at the pics..!!! LOL smile

There was another reason why I had a sudden trip to London so this was just the icing on the cake - the other reason will be the subject of a seperate thread on the Timeout page hopefully tomorrow when I have taken pics but I am a very happy bunny.  More to come later on that smile

This shows GTG's don't have to be big to be impressive - I hope you agree.

Yours,

Andy.

And it demonstrates that smaller is sometimes better. Thanks for sharing these two beauties. Is the other thing footwear related? Regards. Simon

I never noticed one wasn't set to the correct time either...

A cozy GTG, but I'm sure it was a very enjoyable GTG. Thanks for sharing! And these are two of my very favorite Royal Oaks! Wished I could have been there; but two's a couple - not trying to make it a menage a trois.

I hope you can join us next time....

Can't agree more when I see what I see... I am also very pleased to see that you had a great time together, but that is not a surprise. Aaah, the AP RO PC Skeleton... An old love story I forgot a bit, I have to admit, but which re suerfaced some moths ago...

It's what I keep telling the ladies anyway..!!!

As I said yesterday,i really miss that watch,it was a little painful to give it in but I am happy as I think I managed to get a classic piece of horologerie. I will explain all in a dedicated post on AP soon . Glad you were around to see some shop action ...

The shop action was great...thanks...

Yes, two fellow members are enough to do a nice GTG ! What a duet of watches! Two ways to propose skeletonized dials... and the same care of details. Kudos to AP! Fx
