The more I look at them, the more I like them.
I was actually tempted by the J12 but ultimately found it too feminine (and expensive, the Chanel premium just doesn't mean that much to me...)
This reminds me of a modern Delirium (remember the Concord? world's thinnest mechanical watch for awhile...) and without diamonds I can imagine it on my wrist (and certainly on the wrist of the women in my life...

Chanel unveils its new watch: Boy.Friend
When I was invited by Chanel to discover a new watch, I had to confess that I didn't know what to expect. But I was very curious. We don't have to forget that Chanel created one of the very few contemporary icons: the J12 designed by the late Jacques Hell...
I think it is the other way round. The girls want the Boy Friend watch.
But they can only borrow the boy friend watch when they stay over and have no watch to go to work the next day. Bill
As Bill said, I believe it is the opposite...
The boy gives it to his girl as a present... and he wears it at the end! ;) Fx

But you know... for commercial reasons it is often required even if I had troubles to read the figures on the middle size watch! Fx

Same here, TM! I actually really like the fantastic design...
restrained, but full of tension and subtlety. Wonderful architectural design (lives due to its juxtaposition of rectangular and round elements), consistently and comprehensively implemented. Very, very well done! Magnus P.S.: FX, congrats on your new care...
You're right about the Delirium.
Of course, you will still have the same topic of the price tag due to the Chanel context but let's see in the future if this line becomes larger. Who knows? Fx
