Thanks
Thanks for the clue. The watch has not worked for some time. It was my grandfather’s and when my grandmother took it to be valued it was returned faulty with a missing wheel! I am trying to locate a suitable wheel so I can get it repaired. The missing wheel is the chronograph wheel, which sits above the 4th wheel.
I will check Le Phare. Did Landeron make pocket watches do you know?
I have attached a picture of the face - sorry about the quality
Further information?

If I remember, there are some people on the NAWCC website (www.nawcc.org) (National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors) who might be able to help. There was a web site once where someone had put a stack of info on Le Phare but I can't find it. Land...
