My gut feeling is No because Patek Philippe don't need to.
They can't make enough watches to sell so why bother?
Actually, I was told by a senior Patek Philippe executive that he/she couldn't understand why HQ even bothered to have a marketing budget in his/her region because they could not supply the demand.
On the other hand, if you are the producer of a TV series about excess and immeasurable wealth, what better prop than a Patek Philippe for international recognition to set the scene?
For secret agent spy movies, we may see product placement for Rolex, Omega, and IWC.

I completely agree.
But they have never pushed anything like this before, especially considering the amount of superlatives heaped on the watch. And, once again, they never mention the actual PP name. And besides, if they are talking obscene wealth, why not go Grubel Forsey ...

Too many superlatives thrown around, with a few details changed (38mm, hinged dust cover???).
