I frequently....
do at least a mile and a half run once a week. Keeps me physically engaged and sufficiently lean.... Beyond that I start losing weight fast, which I'm fortunate enough to not need at this point in time.... Happy running, Filip
My best advice....
is to simply make sure you run at least 2, if not 3 times a week. You will definitely see results then....
I try to walk at a pretty good pace...
...and usually try to go 3-5 miles. It's a workout in the heat!
Yeah! I get that, Santa Monica has been chilly lately so I have not been sweating much.
It’s also dry heat here so that keeps me dr swearing too.

That TR660 is a meer usd 850,- a good watch to just bash around.
