Oh, yes, if I need deadly accuracy watch without the need to be set for years, a quartz will be the choice.
But ... I am an old mechanical goat. I want to get a mechanical watch with a chrono complication. It should be accurate and reliable as my GMT Master, priced at Daytona level approx. I am deciding between the Daytona and Transocean chrono LE. I know Daytona mvt. I would like to know if Breit. 01 cal. is similarly reliable/accurate and interesting in some horological point of view.

For me, there's no question THE ONE
is the Lange chronograph movement - with date for the Datograph or no date for the 1815. Ok so that's two movements technically. The winding action, the pusher feel, the jumping minute hand, the flyback precision - chrono heaven on earth.
