QUAD 10 FROM MK II WATCHES...

HI GUYS

I am stuck on a job site and I am wearing a QUAD 10 from Bill Yao... This was his first complete watch from his company...

He offered this model with four differnt dial styles and 4 different hands sets and the option of a red sweep or white.   Date or no Date , date wheel white with black type or black with white type.

Well My example is  uses the Type 48 dial and hands , and the black datewheel with White text!!.  The watch is based on the IWC mark XI pilots watch from the 1950s; But that is where it stops.

The case diameter is 40 mm with out counting crown or lugs.  The crown screws down and the case is water rest. to 100M . It has a  ETA 2824 under the hood hacking and quickset.   All I can say its a great watch to wear in caustic environments.

The bracelet I took from a Hamilton Chronograph to complete my Quad 10.  This watch is not for the smallwristed. For me at 40 mm its BIG.

It keeps freakishly accurate time .... like over a month it gained about 2 seconds !  I guess one good hit on a steel beam might "fix" that !!

Good Hunting
