Observatory is a great day out
Hi
As has already been suggested - go on the boat, its a great way to see London.
There's also the Cutty Sark near the observatory too.
I went a couple of years ago - its a great place to visit - lots of watches and its interesting to see that there have been multiple meridians. Then there are H1 through 4 - though they are tucked away and I don't think they make enough of their importance.
If you want watch shops - of you're around Saville Row you won't be that far from lots of watch shops, so nearby is Burlington Arcade - plenty of pre owned watch shops, and around the corner is another arcade with another. Also you'd be near Bond Street with lots of dedicated watch shops. So you could happily spend an afternoon around there. There's also Fortnumn's near by and Jermyn street which is dedicated to mens clothing.
Cheers
