Nomos is very German
and I like their designs, clean and simple. I used to own the Nomos Tetra, but I hardly ever wore it because I found it too small. The current Nomos range offers larger case sizes, which definitely makes them more attractive. One outstanding feature of Nomos watches is that all of them are presented on shell cordovan leather straps, an extremely durable leather that also acquired a beautiful patina with use; shell cordovan is a subdermal membrane from the hind quarters of a horse (yes, the horse's ass).
