Good choice flamenco, Stowa give great value for money and a name with a decent bit of history. Plus, the wait gives you that "made just for me" feeling. Here's mine - this one has a great vintage art-deco vibe:...

Hi flamenco, congrats to your splendid Stowa MO! Like the Flieger original this is a great watch for only decent money - if you can wait, as you did. I hope, this does not spoil your excitement, but the "birth place" - as you call it - is not in Bavaria. ... 

New shoes, transforms the watch entire. Lustrous deep brown croc leather with matching stitching ! The clothes really maketh the man. Am in love with my Stowa MO all over again....

Mr Hary Lim has the contacts to the strap maker shld u require any customization. Excellent quality and well priced to boot !!

i'll be honest, i'm more of a fan of Nomos as they do their own calibres, but i really like the idea of the pieces Art has mentioned. anything with a vintage movement interests me. have you noticed how the case is basically the same as the Nomos? enjoy it...

i'm googling Stowa as we speak. sadly only 25 Exima's with the Omega movement and the last one sold for about 10x the cost of a seamaster with the same movement. so i'm just looking as there are no funds to back it up :)) best Graham

Faisal, you just think you need 40mm+. i have watches from 31mm to 47mm amd they all suit me so you should give one a try, perhaps at a get together. the very thin bezel makes it wear bigger. i think you would be pleasantly surprised. best Graham

seriously ill Graham , and true maybe its just my mind however im not that tall but im well built and have wide forearms , im 5'11 i know people who are past 6 and they wear 38mm nicely. Faisal

same size as me young man. 5'11'' 14 1/2st 7.5'' wrists. i always thought i had thin wrists, but since joining the forum i've found that they are quite thick in comparison to most. perhaps the people who do enough manual labour to build up huge wrists don... 

a delicate piece in the shape of as simple as can be, the SO clean dial, the stunning blue hands, the case shape, simply an elegantc work put together. enjoy your new addition mate. Faisal
