But there's something really weird about the balance in the one pictured. The meantime screws have been adjusted to pretty far out of poise (one is screwed in almost all the way, the other is at least half way out). It's generally discouraged to use uneven meantime screw adjustments to alter the poise since it will make any further timing adjustments with those screws asymmetrical. That's a strange one...

inner dots are seconds markers - notice the "pointy" part on the lyre shaped
tourbillon cage. The outer dots ring is for the minute markers. Cheers, TM

There are plenty of central tourbillons around...
...but very few central, co-axial tourbillons. The UN Freak - some argument about whether that is a tourbillon at all. I remember reading one argument that it was in fact a Karussel. Possibly it's neither. Here's a central, non-coaxial tourby from Cartier...
I'm not a techinical expert but
for me, I would not consider the Astrotourbi from Cartier a central tourbi nor would I the Diavolo or the Relatiff. All fantastic pieces though of course.
