My newly arrived Junghans J88 ...
... no I was lying. It’s only the limited re-edition by Junghans made in 1998(?). But it surely is one of the most faithful remade in the world of watch re-edition. Case size, proportion and details are all spot on. Though I don’t have the original, looking at the web photos, I just struggle to tell any difference at all. Of course the case back has no military engraving and the new lume is white luminova which doesn’t turn yellow. But apart form that, it’s spot on and I love it!
