but the sum I paid for mine a few months ago was in the ballpark of a new plastic Moonswatch which is amazing value imho. You also have a very nice example, I feel these watches are real strap monsters - I can imagine a number of spectacular strap combinations that really work well. Too bad the lug width is 19mm.
I would not mind having one of these in my personal collection as well.
19/14 is practically only available as custom made 🤷🏻♂️ But agreed with you - pairs well with so many straps 😊👍🏻

I have read somewhere that these watches were only delivered "head only" to the italian government and then equipped with any straps that were available at the time. But I sadly can not confirm this information.
