my choice was
the JLC Extreme World Chrono. When I first got it, I gave my Yachtmaster some wrist time every so often. But after a few months, it was all EWC all the time. For sure, I wore it at least two years straight. I broke my streak about 6 months ago, I strapped on my Speedmaster for one day. Since then, the EWC has been back on the wrist.
It's easy to switch straps, so that's a plus. However, 90% of the time, it's on the OEM rubber strap with OEM deployant. To be sure, I shouldn't be commended for sacrificing the enjoyment of wearing other watches in order to accomplish this feat, because I don't have the desire to wear anything else (if that makes sense)
I bought it for a very special reason, and my attraction to it has only grown stronger as time passes. Lately, the only time I take it off is if I am bathing at my residence, cleaning it, or doing chores which are inherently hazardous to the watch (underhood car maintenance, for example.) Any other time (including sleeping, traveling, etc.) it is on my left wrist.
Cheers,

PP, that you started this thread (which BTW I did not intend to restart) about self-limitation in watches. Can you post my the link, please? As I wrote to Harv: "There´s nothing new under the sun" (Ecclesiastes). Thanks for your comment, anaesdoc

Good sense of style and humor - that sums it up quite nicely, Daos. As a trousers-shirt-pullover type of person, I am always amazed how the ladies (my own included ) manage to create all these different effects by minute variations of small details that I...
