Looking for some advice regarding being scammed by a dirtbag in Arizona!

Hi guys
Would really appreciate your advice on this.
I was recently scammed by an”seller” in Mesa Arizona (I live in Australia).
Classic story:
1) he listed a watch
2) I paid by Bank Wire
3) He stopped responding to my emails and not sent the watch

I was hoping for some advice about:
1) how to possibly get my funds back (my Bank now cannot recover the funds as they have been withdrawn)
2) how to freeze or action the “seller’s” Bank of America Account to make sure that particular bank account is marked as fraudulent by his bank.’
3) should I report this to Law Enforcement. If yes, which agency?

Many thanks for your help with this, friends.

10+ years in the watch collecting game and this is the first time I’ve been scammed! Unpleasant 😡

Any advice

If it was a large reputable site you may have recourse. If not you're chances of recovery are Zero Point Zero through the authorities. They don't even investigate these things as I was once told by a police happens every minute of everyday and the scamme...

I would go to the bank and ask them to pull back the funds and file a fraud claim with the bank. The bank has the ability to work with the other bank and pull those funds back if they still can based on fraud. However, you would need to do this immediatel...

Thanks for the suggestion.

I tried that. Bank of America said funds had been withdrawn already, so no refunds. I will be reporting the scam to Bank of America and FBI, so hopefully the “seller’s” account will get frozen Regards
