The only thing you can do is go to law enforcement
Chance of getting money back is very slim (might be lucky with 1%), but at least they will contact bank/local authority and so on

If it was a large reputable site you may have recourse. If not you're chances of recovery are Zero Point Zero through the authorities. They don't even investigate these things as I was once told by a police happens every minute of everyday and the scamme...

I tried that. Bank of America said funds had been withdrawn already, so no refunds. I will be reporting the scam to Bank of America and FBI, so hopefully the “seller’s” account will get frozen Regards
