ION Orchard Road would be a good place to start for timepieces
ION Shopping Mall on Orchard offers both AD's and some direct manufacturer's boutiques. Marina Bay Sands Casino/Shopping Mall is definitely worth a visit both for timepieces, general shopping, casino and appreciated of architecture.
In the evening/night Clarke Quay has a lot to offer in terns of restaurants, bars etc. Crazy Elephant (Clarke Quay) has very good live music.
Whiskey Library (Vagabond Club Singapore Hotel) in Little India is one of the best whiskey bars I have come across in my travels.
Highly recommended would be local chili crab (Jumbo restaurant) and chicken rice (street hawkers). The Long bar (origin of Singapore sling) at the Raffles hotel is open again.
On your departure, I would suggest leaving for the airport early to allow some time to visit Jewel at Changi Airport.

I'd recommend staying at the Marina Bay Sands for at least a night if possible
That way you can use their famous rooftop infinity pool. The hotel also has a mall with a large number of watch boutiques and ADs.

Go to the Auld Alliance Whiskybar in Rendez-vous Hotel
Best bar for exquisite whiskies in the world. And book restaurant Odette or Ma Cuisine 👍

I’m far from a local, being Canadian. Is the Hourglass on Orchard Road still a reference watch shop for independent and high end brands? I remember they had an extensive library of watch books too.
