Illegibility.
I have seen some watches where I could not find the hands. I don't mean I couldn't find them at first glance, I mean they were invisible. Maybe my eyes are not as good as they used to be (they're not), but it really should be possible to tell that a watch has hands unless it's dark. Shiny silver on a shiny silver dial is the top culprit.
I also object to small movements in large watches.
