I think for many people.
They look cool, just like the Moonswatch or the 5 fathoms ... but in the end it's just a plastic thing.
Not for the Swatch but maybe for not getting my chores done :-(
Husband/Wife chore distribution seems to be a favorite subject of the clip-art companies!! ...
