Moonswatch off the back of a car….
So I came across this today, I think it kinda of summed up my dilemma with the moon swatch, that it brings the watch to a wider audience, but somehow it feels wrong… and I say that despite owning one …. Mmmm ...
I´m conflicted by these Swatch colabs. On one hand .... on the other ..... hmmm :-)

It's not trying to be the "real thing"...so I have no problem with them.
We more people we make curious about horology, the better. If this is what it takes, so be it.

point and it was definitely drawing attention to the watch and the sales assistant did tell a brief story of the moonwatch
And I suppose
selling them off the back of a car has a fun aspect to it, although I would be surprised if Blancpain or Omega copied this particular sales method 😳
I would buy
a moonswatch if I saw that car somewhere. Otherwise I wouldn’t be ready for waiting hours outside a store.
