UN gmt +/- perpetual would fit the bill very nicely especially the ltd edition with the 43mm(might be 42mm) case. UN are the only company that make a Perpetual where you can turn the date back as well as forwards. invented by Ludwig Oeschlin and patented on the Ludwig perpetual in 1996, they're 150th anniversary. i can understand you wanting a multi complication with chrono as well. wearing a watch that does absolutely everything is a nice dream, but IMHO it is better to have a seperate watch for every event unless you intend to only buy 1 watch and wear it all the time. if thats the case you want a perp calendar chrono with moonphase and gmt function.
some of the perps on an earlier post would fit the bill. the IWC that Jon has is a lovely piece, but the UN is, again just IMHO better laid out and easier to read.
