I have refrained from co-mingling watches and icons
as they inhabit different universes, much like I stopped taking pictures of my cars when they are parked in the cemetery.
We have several tiny Russian brass icons like yours. And I believe I have been in that shop.

Gräfenroda is the village where the garden gnome was born in 1872. We visited the garden gnome museum there some years ago and it is a monument to kitsch.
