Neither I have Tourbillon nor Double Split. I dont mind of the thickness at all.

My one comment is that the Lange is pretty massive and quite heavy... just something to consider a

If you don't mind the thickness of the Lange, you should definitely go for the Double Split. I think Breguet makes great tourbillon watches. However, I am not sure I would like a tourbillon movement in the Marine watch. A more traditional Breguet tourbill...

...because one of the watches on this list, the Sonata, is my favorite model from Ulysse Nardin. I like the watch aesthetically, because of the unique dial and beautiful hands. Add to that a GMT function, alarm, and big date, and I'm in heaven! I'm a huge... 

Just the right size, bewildering combination of features and complications, stylish, flashy

It is a very heavy watch and you have to check if you feel comfortable with it. Fr.Xavier
