I hate fine text disclaimers...
Hopping home from Boston thro Zurich was a pain but then I forgot about it as I saw the Rolex airport boutique...
There were plenty of Daytonas - almost inevery color of a rainbow ! 
But in the corner there were JUST two...
Should I say THE elusive pair ?!
My heart pumped faster as I ran to the boutique in charge - I am willing to go for any of them & if possible both - greedy mind 😈
& then it happened...with a smirk she pointed me to something in the bottom of the display - THE FINE TEXT !
The best part - 10 min after there was another guy running to her “I want to buy the steel Daytona”...not his fault we’re just men 🤪

Are we sure the issue is a supply problem or is it an increase in demand problem?
What if Rolex keeps to strict production plans determined years in advance and they don't want to alter to satisfy the latest trend? It wasn't that long ago that you could walk into any Rolex AD and have your pick of a Batman, Hulk or Sub. We're only talk...
This is exactly what an AD has told me.
No tricks (it's weird people think this), that's not The Rolex Way.

Rolex have very long product cycle, most over 5 years - even the unsuccessful ones. So it makes sense for them to keep the supply tight. Best, Mahesh.,

To me it is not white or black rather both... They give a very different feel almost a feel of very different watch except for the heft & wearability. IMHO the white dial is much sportier & the black has a subtle understatedness. Above all both don’t feel...
