Hi all, I was just reading a thread over on Omega Forums of exactly the same scam but using Yorkshire Bank which has very similar bad spelling and grammar. It seems the scammers are trying to use what looks like an irreversible bank wire to get people to ... 

the appalling level of English these supposedly „bank“ e-mails are written in

full name and WhatsApp picture, but I refrain.

.. I once got HSBC Certified Cheque, as the buyer in Malaysis insisted on paying by cheque due to the financial regulation there. I deposited it and a few days later, I got a call from my bank saying that HSBC Tokyo Branch said it was a fake cheque. Phew!... 

I went through same process and a confirmation PayPal statement was issued with the instruction the money was there but would be in account once tracking number was sent be me. EBay buyer account was hacked to do it. Again. Beware. Chess
