.. Nevertheless, at least at this point in time, I'm not yet really at that crossroad,
( also maybe due to my rather limited collection - although I'm happy with it ).
I fully understand your reasoning - so for you, if you are not wearing a watch,
it raises the first flag, and if that goes on .. well, then she is a candidate for change.
- And that is in part pretty much exactly what my point was - it all depends what is your yardstick,
your decision threshold, no matter what the "value" ( there are exceptions, we both know).
- So, many of us will have different attitudes as to what degree they want " constant rejuvenation",
or "re-definition", of their collection, being represented in and by your watchbox(es).
I am very grateful, in learning about your formula, because it is one, I could absolutely live with;
BTW, if you sell 3-4/ yr and buy 5-6/yr, your collection still will grow, at a minimum of 1 to ,
let's say 3, and still you would have enough "food to chew".
- What we did not touch, as of yet, is:
At the same time, it may very much be, that the "costliness" or level of acquisition goes up;
so the overal "(investment) level" is up, although there are no real ups and downs, I guess, except some..
- Definitey the wallet will also be some sort of a denominator, for the action
threshold.
Joe, thank you again, very much about sharing your way on how to approach, what sometimes
can be difficult reasoning or feeling, as well.
- Alltogether we all operate mostly on a passion level, which hopefully has joy and finding
pleasure in these tic-tacs interesting and rewarding.
All the very best, also to your family
