I believe the Montblanc Nicolas Rieussec movement allows it

You can turn the time and date backwards all through the crown.  If you're referring to only the date disc turning and without time changing, then no the MB Rieussec cannot.

Is there a movement which allows the date wheel to be turned anti-clockwise?

Hello Everyone Hope all of you are well, I was wondering if there is a movement out there that allows the date wheel to go clockwise and anti-clockwise, abit of a pain that sometimes while adjusting the date you go forward a day, only to have to go foward... 

My Rolex GMT allows...
