I'm a little confused...

I’m a little confused about that. In the diagram, both movements have a “Barrel” that perform the same number of turns: 14.70. If there isn’t a spring in the "barrel" of the Nano movement, why is there a barrel of apparently the same size, and that “turns” the same number of times, as the barrel in the conventional movement (which of course would include a mainspring?)
