Its a mono-pusher chronograph, 40 mm, steel. Don't know the maker, nor movement calibre....

My guess, like one of the other responders, is that this could be an Eberhard. It has the look and the configuration of their earlier pieces. But, of course, it could be several other things as well. It could also have been made by Eberhard for some other...
