Horological Meandering

Used to be owned by Seiko. Is it an independent? ...  

and for many sports related activities, as well as space conquest. I like seeing them being back sort of strong, I find some of the new models attractive, interesting, price digest and mechanically sound. Let’s see how they will continue progression. Back... 

Or in independents? Or is there a sub forum for watches in general or all other watch brands? Or is it the horological meandering sub foru’?

The definition of independent is of course not rigid or unanimous (personally, I even consider Patek as an independent! ;-), but at least when a brand is owned by a group, the general consensus is it doesn't qualify. It looks like Yema is not under Seiko ...

Both Nicolas and David were very responsive and their email updates were right on. The quality of my watch is on par with the price I paid but like anything else it could improve. Overall, I cannot complain.
