I'm not sure if I answer well. But, when I bought the Cornes de Vache, which is manual wind, has a power reserve of 48h and no mechanism to prevent overwinding (and therefore, potentially, breaking the mainspring or some related part), I was told by the boutique watchmaker that the best would be to wind it daily, if possible, around the same time, and to count the number of turns necessary for a full wind in order to be able to anticipate the moment when the resistance can be felt which indicates that the mainspring is fully wound. I also think that, as most watches don't have a constant force mechanism, they tend to loose accuracy when the mainspring reaches the end of its power reserve: so, for accuracy's sake, I think it's preferable to wind the watch not only regularly, but before it comes too close to the end of the power reserve: for example, even if the Quattro Spirit 25 has 8 days of power reserve, I think the accuracy is better maintained if wound every 6 days. But someone here might know much better than I do.
Have a nice Sunday, Sebastian!
Best, Emmanuel
