At 30 kg even I could carry it away, unless it was stuffed to the hilt with gold or platinum.
My treasure inside would be a single olive pit, for the pleasure of the abductors. Almost as light as a tourbillon cage, if not that of a bird's feather.

but as a safe, 30 kg only and 3 digit code? You're better off buying a new watch with the money and use that watch freely and leave it lying around

but does not seem to be very practical, only one watch? It's more of a decorative object from my perspective. I think that I would prefer to send that thype of money on a JLC clock. Best regards, George
