Very different, as you suggest, and what I would choose would depend significantly on what else was in my collection.
If I was after a large avant-garde design I would go for the SpidoLite, but the JLC has a certain pedigree and history, particularly now with the evolution of the Amvox series. The complications are different as well. LW has mixed up the equation further by including a modified vintage movement by a watchmaker with some cachet.
Vte is correct that there is no wrong answer. An interesting choice for you. I look forward to hearing which way you go …
