Buyer and Seller Beware

Thanks for the story, it's a new one for me. I believe  there is a thread on here about how to be safe.
For me it's important to know as much as possible about the buyer or seller but I've only been a buyer.
It's fairly easy to read a sellers past posts(if he's a private individual) or read other buyers comments about someone or a business.
I will admit , as a buyer, I get palpitations waiting for the watch to arrive.
P.S. I've noticed on Chrono24 most watches now are sold using their escrow account, I've recently used it, and it was fast and efficient.
