I don't like gold as a material for watches, but this watch is simply perfect: what ask more at this dial? Certainly nowadays many "modern designers" would put a rectangle hole with the date instead Six, or fill everywhere with luminous material... Lovely... 

Nice looking UG. I won the same one also in 37mm Is it re-dial? If not, you got a great catch with such a pristine dial.

Before I have this brand but it is a quartz with only 3 or 4 ml watch is the most beautiful model of this brand. The dial looks elegant. I love this kind of classic dial. This model is IWC of my friend and it fascinate me most. Thank you very much Nicola...  

I believe these yellow/rose gold chronographs are very typical from the 50s era, UG produced many of them showing some slight differences with the case, hands, ... Here's a period ad showing one of these "standard" Uni-Compax The first known UG case refer...  

A Medico Compax would be my fav Poor man's Patek Chrono! ;) Best, Nicolas
