Allow me to elaborate just a little...

I would rather see the Patek ( most charming ) - Absolutely, but no date and timezone changes only uni-directional. Unitime bi-directional + date!
The JLC ( most innovative ) - Absolutely (if you mean the Geographic) but no date and poor legibility - If you like the fixed city ring, check out the IWC Pilot WT, same system, but with date and much better legibility.
the GP WWTC ( most reasonable ) - Pricewise not much different from the Unitime, nice for stay at home, but takes more changes when you actually travel
and the Vacheron ( most complete with 37 different time zones ) - Absolutely, but no date and not that easy to change the timezones, you have to find an exact 'click' to set it correctly. On a €30k watch? Come on!
I chose the Unitime over the Patek WT and WT chronograph, over the Vacheron and over the JLC, not because of price but of functionality.

Some days ago, I posted my Unitime, the second generation, reference 2610. Here is the first Unitime, the reference 1 260. A true world time. Credit picture: Antiquorum. Something I am hunting for a long time... And one of my very favorite Breitling. Best...

I don't want to draw attention away from the Unitime because it is a beautiful WT: simple and clear. Very well done indeed, in fact.

But while I'm here, and because I enjoyed the comparative assessment above, I'd welcome your views on the WT I have: the L.U. Chopard Time Traveller One (in steel). Hope you can find a moment to share your thoughts. ...

That is a beautiful piece!

However, I strongly prefer WT watches that change timezones in one move. The Time Traveler One requires two actions using two crowns to change time zones. Still, a great piece to check time zones around the world in lockdown - Wover
