Especially considering these are low production pieces, the R&D costs can't be spread out over a thousand units. This lack of amortization of the fixed costs is why all of these watches have to be so expensive.

But MB&F is out of my price range as of right now, hopefully in the future!
Me three! But, with interest/inflation rates, strong USD, and long lead times maybe if we get the group watch ordered now by 2025 when the watches are actually ready $80k will be peanuts :-P
