is due to you and Nico! It was indeed a fabulous day full of wonderful impressions... so much that I completely forgot about dessert (I guess I had enough candy in my plate....) Nikolaj ...  

Not too sweet, cool and crisp, to the point and thematic with a few surprises ;) still feeding on this feast... I was fortunate to sit next to a couple of treasure troves at my end of the table. I have a feeling though that it was not less interesting at ...
