Firstly, my watch box holds 5 watches. Secondly, that's one for each day of the working week. Add in the weekend and perhaps changing watches during the day if necessary, and you have plenty of wrist time while still variety!

I was aiming at 1 watch for every month of the year.

It hurts my eyes, my ears and even my hair-what little there is of it. I have spent (parts of) the last five years trying to figure out how to get down to 12 watches. I've about given up.

... I generaly don´t participate in posts of the type: What if you are condemned to live in a solitary island and you are only allowed to take one watch? Or : What if you are forced to reduce your collection to only 12 watches? This is a kind of excercise...
