Hello Gents, I have long been interested in watches outfitted with regulator dials. I've owned a Chronoswiss Regulator, Goldpfeil Moon Regulator, Oris Regulator Diver, and others. So here is a list of fine Swiss, German and (?) other regulator wristwatche...
1.....Baume & Mercier make a regulator with that layout 5 is a Glasshute Orginal Senator Regulator Also worth a look for other regulators....L Leroy make several with 'retrograde seconds' at the 12, hours at 6
I could (maybe) identify: 3. Patek 5235 6. Richard Lange 18. Jaquet Droz 21. Silberstein 23. Parmigiani 27. Ressence And I'm sure there is a Meistersinger somewhere :p Thanks for sharing Cazalea. Cheers, Mark
I've put your contributions in the original file. And added the Meistersinger, which I didn't have. Excellent addition with hours in the center hand. Thanks Mark for taking the time. Cazalea
The Chronoswiss indeed is arranged like this but they put the 12 on the 24-hour dial at the top; this watch had the 12 at the bottom of the 24 hr dial. But since this seems to be going toward an exhaustive depiction of all the variants, I have added yours...
The Goldpfeil is number 12 and I'm marking it now. Don Corson's watch is 21. This has been fun for me and I hope for you too. And here's hoping this list will not continue to grow forever ... Mike
Mike, Thank you for this great, in all senses, work. I never got interested on a Regulator but after your post I bet that I go to pay attention on those. Congratulations, Nilo
I've looked through the designs already posted and haven't seen included The Lange & Sohne Richard Lange Pour Le Merit....I see the later version already listed I call a Chronoswiss Delphis a regulator
