Wear long sleeved shirts always
I've stopped wearing short sleeved shirts to work as i like havbing my watch hidden under the double-cuff on my long sleeved shirt when typing away at a computer or in the board-room - it feels protected under there...
I also do all of the above apart from the eating one - don;t like leaving my watch on the table or in my pocket with coins / keys when eating.
