I have always been a big fan of the higher-end Japanese domestic market Citizen watches. Might have to pick up that purple lacquer Eco-Drive Campanola one of these days.

A Very Nice Presentation by Citizen, they make amazing watches which are great value for money, the Series 8 Eco Drive Radio Wave is a handsome watch, hopefully they will consider introducing it in Super Titanium. S

i have always liked the eco drive minute repeaters and for my birthday managed to find a new and discontinued blue dialled BL9000-59L. so far very impressed so if this is good the Campanola must be superb. best Graham. ...

.. but Eco-Drive is something interesting and different from Quartz in that it doesn't need battery change so often. And it is amazing that Eco-Drive can do so much with its energy - another difference from standard quartz watch, IMVHO :-) Ken
