Beingb able, thanks to him, to see these two watches in the flesh...Along with a third one I posted in the Patek forum. Very appropriate for Tea Time! That is what he had last Friday morning, by the way. ;) Gordon has a lot to share with us about his pass... 

Agree Gordon is a truly connoisseur of enamel dials. I admire his passion and his attention to details on the dial work. Learnt alot from him each time we meet. What souvenir? Do you want something from Singapore? I can get for you and pass you in Paris m... 

And the UN dials... Gosh, they are beautiful! A nice juxtaposition of complexity (from the UN) and simplicity (the Pam and the JLC Reverso)!

...a collection from Ulysse Nardin. Perhaps you need (or want) a Patek Philippe that has a Zodiac animal that will add to your collection of the animals of the Asian Zodiac. I'm still admiring your latest Patek Philippe, special Beijing Chien Men 23 Editi... 

Patek has likely finished with the Zodiac collection as there is no news on a Horse dial (after the snake marquetry). I believe Patek started with the Horse zodiac twelve years ago before other brands, and now a full cycle has been completed. As reviewed ... 

At least when it comes to zodiac animals. I don't believe I mentioned specifically that there were JLC watches for the zodiac. But if you're looking for a horse, I know JLC has a lot of horse watches in their Reverso collection, since the Reverso was orig...

That;s why we hid in aircon rooms when we wear our beloved watches with leather straps :) In outdoors for prolonged periods, rubber straps or bracelets are much more suitable for Singapore cheers robin

... in particular looks amazing. I wonder if Gordon is following a particular theme or line of creatures, or is the beautiful enamel enough? A quick GTG over a small number of watches is truly a lot of fun. You can spend more time considering fewer pieces...
