Just over a month w/ the PacMan. And I just saw this article in Watchtime re Nivada Grenchen. Maybe some are interested...? ...
I like how this looks.
The case shape, and a low-key but creative dial. And the 1,000 M WR is noteworthy. But it does look like the case height might be a bit fat. Interesting article too. Made it sound like Laidet placed some value on the brand history.
I prefer the word "tall" to "fat" but you are correct
The thing that saves it from being REALLY fat is the crystal is flat...flush with the bezel. But there are no two ways about it...it's a fatty and lets you know you're wearing a pretty big watch despite it's reasonable 39mm diameter.
