At a Google search (and it wasn't easy! :-)) it appears to be a brand founded in the 1980's and liquidated in 2016. They certainly got the name right! ;-)
PS: A very good thing may come out of this, if after googling "forget watches" I'll stop getting C24 and the other reseller ads! ;-))

Hand-guilloche dial?
Any idea if the guilloche on the dial was hand-done or stamped? Looks a bit shallow so I'm guessing stamped?
