An absolutely unsolicited opinion.
I understand, to a degree what goes into making a watch, there is way more than just seeing at the dealer.
R&D, manufacturing, fine tuning, marketing the list goes on and on and...........
After seeing some of the prices of some watches today it almost makes me want to go back
to the days I wore just basic quartz watches. I was on time everywhere I went, wasn't worried about
losing it or having my arm cut off by a thief. Yes, I do appreciate the more expensive watches that I do
have and will always have them. $10,400 for a stainless steel ultra thin watch, seems a bit high to me,
but I am certainly no expert. The prices I see today have all but priced me out of the market for something
I would really like to have. No specific brand, but I do have a particular watch in mind, it may just have to wait
a bit longer than I would like. Unfortunately I don't have unlimited funds and need to take care of what comes first,
mortgage, cars, insurance, home maintenance and the everyday expenses that go along with life in general.
I will stick to the plan and eventually have the one watch I still truly want.
