Meeting of the Vlads in Paris

 

It has become a tradition to meet my dear friend and Vlad mentor, Nicolas, whenever I visit Paris.

I only have 1 night here this trip and will fly to Düsseldorf tomorrow evening so we only managed to have a quick drink of blood.... Err I meant hot chocolate before my dinner with a colleague in Paris.

Here are some shots of watches we shared today.
Nico's highly coveted pieces as usual ... His UN Freak which I have the honor and pleasure of wearing today! And his vintage Tudor from the Argentina military days.











And I finally managed to spread some Vlad poison to him too. I know he likes this Montblanc Villeret mono pusher chronograph smile

Always a pleasure to meet Nico in Paris, always the great host, friend and mentor. The watches were nice today but I enjoyed our chit chat and jokes even more! smile

Hope we will meet again soon!
And I also hope PuristS around the world will meet up wherever we travel. Always a joy to meet a fellow PuristS and talk about our watches and our community smile

This damn Montblanc Villeret Mono Pusher, black enamel dial, is just a killing piece. It was so comfortable on my wrist that I had hard time giving it back to you. Always good to meet you, Robin. Have a safe trip. Nicolas

Apparently there were two Vlads happily driking blood together. Everything, from the table mat, the plate, the liquid in the cup, to the watch strap, the jumper and even your skin was just so bloody red, and the watches were "freaking" bloody hot. To sum ...
