From a consumers point of view, one would expect Apple to be No.1 , after all they are really into the digital world.
It is interesting to see American Express so high up, when in fact I destroyed my AMEX cards because hardly any outlet would accept them, only preferring Visa & Master card.
PP... well I have to agree with the comments.
There is a clear pattern that some similar products of lesser quality, especially in automobiles, etc, had a better rating than those of superior quality.
Some do not need shout so loud...... and others do.
Anyway, interesting read.
