PM's are associated with your registered email. A user who is not registered can not send you a PM.
Can you tell me if you are are having trouble sending or receiving pm's.
If you are send/responding to pm from your email and you are not on the registered email account that you used you can either respond by using the right email or add your other email accounts that you use in your account settings.

I keep getting the following message when I try to check my PMs. "Sorry the sender was a registered user but may have sent the PM from another account. You may need to look up the user seperately. " What am I doing wrong? Thanks for the help! Tony
