Hi Flavio, it sounds strange, and I saw that now you appear again to be in Italy. I'm no computer expert, but is it possible that this happens when you log in from a work computer?
I'm saying this because your current IP belongs to an Italian private company, and the city it shows is in fact where that company is headquartered (I'm not mentioning the company or the city here for privacy, but I'm sure you know what I'm referring to).
So if the above is correct, perhaps by logging in from your personal computer will make you appear back in Switzerland? I'm just guessing as a nonexpert in this, but maybe with some luck this will solve it ;-)

Yes it is correct, thanks for the information. I know that by using the VPN the server is in Turin but I assumed without VPN it was using my home WiFi. Thanks for the support All the best Flavio
